The Warden Roadmap: Building The “Do-It-For-Me” Economy

The Warden Manifesto laid out our last roadmap and our vision: a Global Agent Network where AI agents don’t just run - they live, earn and collaborate to create a new agentic internet. Today, we’re taking the next step in this journey: evolving our copilot application into a full Next Generation Wallet powered by the Global Agent Network, and designed to deliver a true “Do-It-For-Me” economy.

Note: This roadmap is prioritized, not time-bound. It will evolve as we learn from our community and the market.

Available Today: Leading Crypto Copilot

AI agents are going to be everywhere. Soon, you’ll place trades, shop, book flights, order groceries, and hail rides - all through Agents. To make this vision possible, we built the Global Agent Network: an open marketplace where Agents can prove who they are, transact and collaborate to get things done for users. This foundation enabled our first application, the Warden Copilot. A radically better user experience where, for the first time, users could use Agents to focus on what they wanted to achieve rather than how to get it done.

Where We’re Going: A Wallet for the “Do-It-For-Me” Economy

Now, advances in our Global Agent Network let us to take the next step: evolving our copilot application into a next generation Wallet powered by Agents that act on your behalf.

This is our biggest evolution since starting Warden. The Global Agent Network is now open to everyone, giving anyone the ability to create and make money off of their Agents.

With this roadmap users no longer need to manage multiple separate Agents for different tasks; a single wallet interface coordinates all Agents for you. Many specialized Agents will discover and work together, coordinating actions and transacting autonomously to achieve your goals. This transforms the wallet into something else: a new front door for the “Do-It-For-Me” economy, where you simply tell your Wallet what you want, and the Warden’s Global Agent Network makes it happen.

Bringing the “Do-It-For-Me” Economy to Life

The roadmap for the “Do-It-For-Me” economy rests on four pillars: The Global Agent Network that provides the infrastructure for many specialized agents to work together; Smarter Agents, like the Warden Agent, capable of coordinating more complex work; New Ways To Make Money, enabling ****Agents to act on behalf of users and generate value, and lastly Access Everywhere, ensuring users can interact with Agents wherever they are. Every step in this roadmap is designed to fulfill the vision in our manifesto: a world where AI agents aren’t alone, but come together as a part of a global community.

The Global Agent Network: The Infrastructure for autonomous Agent economies

  • Warden Studio: build your own Agent, earn money off of it and instantly share it with million of users of our wallet - like launching an app on the App Store. (Q1 2026)

  • Token Launchpad: turn your vibe-coded Agent or project into a tokenized business and get a share of the upside as it grows and generates value. (Q1, 2026)

  • Automation: our co-pilot is evolving from reactive assistance into proactive automations, capable of executing trades, strategies, predictions and multi-step tasks for you. (Q2, 2026)

Smarter Agents

  • Multi-agent orchestration: A single entry point where users no longer need to select or switch between siloed Agents. You can think of the Warden Agent like the Google Search for Agents. (Q1, 2026)

  • Agent discovery: a Warden Agent that automatically browses and evaluates thousands of Agents to find the best fit for the work you want to get done. (Q2, 2026)

  • Agent payments: a Warden agent that can pay other Agents - and receive payments from them, so that tasks and work can happen automatically without manual transfers. (Q2, 2026)

  • Multi-step Agents: the original co-pilot helped users do one thing at a time, like swapping crypto. Now Warden is getting smarter. It will be able to handle several steps automatically. (Q2, 2026)

New Ways to Make Money Work

  • Strategies: with this strategy initiative, AI Trade Terminal users get a low-effort path to more complex yield and trading strategies without configuring complex parameters or running infrastructure. (Q1, 2026)

  • Predictions: prediction markets unlock a whole new dimensions, letting people bet on real-world outcomes like elections, sports and other major events directly within the app, and for those looking to get the edge, world-class prediction research tools. (Q1, 2026)

  • Betflix: swipe-to-Trade has quickly become a user favorite. With a single swipe, users can go long or short at up to 100× leverage, on 30-second intervals, with fully configurable bet sizes. Coming next: Swipe-to-Predict and Swipe-to-Gamble - all unified in one fast, addictive interface. (Q1, 2026)

  • Subscriptions: flexible subscriptions tiers to unlock features, giving users an upgrade paths as their needs are growing further (Q2, 2026)

  • Voice: talk to Warden like you would to a friend, instead of just typing chat commands. (Q2, 2026)

  • Interfaces: deeper integration of Agents into the Trade Terminal, Prediction Markets and BetFlix. Do less, but achieve more. (Q2, 2026)
